How to start a return

ASAHOM offers hassle-free returns. Please ensure your case meets one of the following conditions; otherwise, your return may be declined:

  1. Purchased within 30 days, unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact.
  2. Item confirmed defective by ASAHOM support team within the 3-year warranty period.

Step-by-Step Return Procedure:

Step 1. Log in to your ASAHOM account (Register using your purchase email if new)

Step 2. Navigate to Orders → Select target order → Click REQUEST RETURN

Step 3. Complete the return form → Submit via REQUEST RETURN button

Step 4. Upon approval, we'll email the authorized return address within 5 business days

Step 5. Refund processing begins immediately after warehouse receipt verification
